Attempted a wire transfer (cash deal). Victor in finance failed to complete the wire instructions after nearly 24 hours. Demanded my 10 grand deposit and walked. This dealership wants your credit information probably to sell. They obviously aren’t interested in cash. Take your business elsewhere, not worth the time or effort

Purchased a vehicle in December for cash and to this day 8/11/23 I still haven’t received my title. Apparently the dealership sent it to Wells Fargo by mistake thinking it was a financed deal. Now 8 months later, I had to have my attorney go after the dealership but now they won’t answer emails or phone calls to even let us know what is going on. Super shady dealership and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

We found a truck we wanted to purchase. I spoke with Paulina, I told her we would only pay MSRP. She agreed to MSRP. We filled out their credit app and went through the approval process. Paulina called me after and told me there is a 20K markup on the vehicle we wanted, but it was negotiable. We would never have had her run our credit if we knew the price was going to be over MSRP. The dealership owes me almost $7000 since March 2022 for their duplication of service warranties that they tried to get me to pay for that are already covered under the basic bumper to bumper and 75000 mile service agreements. And they won't credit my account. I think there is some intentional fraud going on among the sales people. The vehicle also had 360 miles on it when I picked it up even though the delivery invoice said 19.

Great experience purchasing my first electric car. Nobody in the north bay had a Mustang Mach E except Napa had a four Erin answered my call and we met the next morning. I believe she came in a couple hours early to meet me. She also came in on her day off to finalize the sale. Great work ethics. Thank you Erin and the rest of the team. I love my new Mach E. Laurie

My 95 year old father was simply trying to buy out the lease on his Lincoln. Should be simple but after several calls to the manager, Peter Haines it was obvious he wanted the car and put up all sorts of roadblocks. The finance manager lied to me about a document I was signing when I bought the new car. The form he had me sign cost me $499 even though I told him that I did not want any warranties or extras. This dealer does not do business in an ethical manor.

Went in to get car serviced. There something wrong with one side of front wheel concerning the brake system or axles. kind of loud sqeaking sound, dealership didnt not find anything wrong. heard sqeaking almost immidiatly after leaving dealership. Seems like whenever some part around wheel gets warmed up, something's wrong

The change to using Lyft rather than shuttle was essentially in-noticeable. Was told more economical for dealer to use Lyft/Uber than enlist employees at greater cost

Had a great experience at Napa Ford. Saw a great car online; phoned to see it was available. Drove out to Napa and was treated respectfully throughout the process. KC Carpenter, took us for a test drive and then guided us through the buying process. The car was competitively priced. Thanks to all the staff for helping us to a great experience. Walked inside needing a car, met a series of problems, but for edith and glens people it was no trouble at all. When you walk into a building one your unfamiliar with and those who are there not only offer there services however they sacrifice their time and even at the cost of missing meals- it is quite humbling. They're a small family owned store and they make you feel as if your business really matters to them. I've been servicing my wife's car there for a couple years now, so I decided to purchase my new Ford F150 from them. You can't find a better or more caring group of people to do business with.
