Health and Safety

Here at Napa Ford Lincoln, there’s nothing more important to us than the health and safety of our customers and employees. In addition to our regular cleaning schedule, we are taking steps to protect our community, including:

  • Increasing the number of times our dealership is cleaned daily.
  • Sanitizing high-touch areas frequently, including door handles, chairs, desks and phones.
  • Utilizing steering wheel covers, gear shift covers, seat covers, paper floor mats and gloves for all delivery services.
  • Ensuring that all our employees are washing their hands frequently and using hand sanitizer in between washings.
  • Instructing any employee who does not feel well or is experiencing symptoms to stay home from work and encouraging customers who do not feel well to reschedule their appointments or speak with us remotely.
  • ALL employees are taking daily temperature before work.
  • For guests, we are providing more hand sanitizer dispensers across our businesses in high visibility and high traffic areas.
  • We are also increasing our reserves of hand sanitizers for use by our guests and employees.
  • We are maintaining a distance of 6 feet between personnel as recommended by the CDC/WHO.
  • We are reinforcing training procedures to ensure cleaning processes are implemented properly by our employees.
  • We offer an online sales experience with vehicle drop-off and remote signing to provide a completely remote experience to allow you to purchase a vehicle without ever setting foot in the dealership.
  • We offer Service Pickup and Delivery so you can make sure your vehicle is maintained without having to come in to the Service Department.

We are providing additional safety measures to keep us all safe…from signing paperwork via email to delivering your vehicle right to your home or work! We are available and ready to provide a convenient, safe and efficient process that’s right for you.

Service Dept

We are prepared to safely handle your needs. During this time, we ask that you contact us to make an appointment prior to coming in. We ask that you please wear a mask or we can provide one.

  • You are welcome to drop your vehicle off with our 24-hour key drop-box service located on the west side of the service drive. Or, pull into our service drive for contactless write up. We have installed plexiglass guards on write-up desks for everyone’s safety.
  • Schedule an appointment by phone or thru our website.
  • For everyone’s safety, we have discontinued our shuttle service for the time being. We will offer loaners as an alternative transportation option whenever possible.
  • Payments can be done by phone.
